That would be my guess. I'm running the same size tires with 1st-Gen TRD rims and no rubbing.
I put them on before I lifted it about 1.5". No rubbing before or after.

That's good to hear. Do you have a write up on it? I have a shop ready to do it on Wednesday, but if it's that easy I can possibly do it myself.

They were just aligned so don't think that is it.

    Probably the rim choice.
Waiting for the SCS rims to come!

I'm pretty sure 2ND gen wheels are 5.5" of backspacing. This puts the tire almost a full inch closer to the frame over the stock wheels.

Here's what I'm working with, also what's the distance from the rear of the console to the rear seat deck?

the fit won't be perfect with a center console with the bench seat shift boot surround. trust me, it's what I have right now, as I wanted the cup holders... but it's not a big deal since I'm not OCD... then again, at the moment my center console is grey... so take it for what it's worth

Thanks! That's exactly what I was wondering...no worries guess I will try and find the front console as well.....is there a good amount of distance from the rear of the console to the back seat deck (not sure what to call it, but the platform where the rear seats fold down)? And thanks for the help!!!!

Put in the ECGS bushing in my driver side axle tube and replaced both broken CVs. 4wd is back! Found a nice gear puller and parts from old coilovers to pull it out. Used the CV shaft as my bearing driver.

FYI for reference... the seats are in the furthest back position. and the little cubby is open on the back side because that's where I moved the CB box for my WX75

Yeah, the console will matche up perfectly to those screws on eithe side of the shifter trim.

I don't know the measurement you're requesting but the holes in the console (for 10 mm bolts) will line up perfectly with the threaded holes in your tranny hump.
