    Not sure on the legality, but I have pepper spray in the vehicles and wasp spray in the house along with the lead injector :cool:

    We do have a neighborhood watch, but it's not very active.... too many rentals I guess :notsure: but I keep my eyes open :spy:

    If it's between him and me, I'm gonna do my best to make sure it's him being carried by 6 instead of me!!!

    No, just got wafted by an unexpected breeze after a demonstration "training spray." Kristi's Aunt and Uncle appreciated the authentic Alaskan experience. o_O We laugh about it now. Luckily Kristi had stepped over to the can by the trail head or I'd probably still be hearing about it. I can tell you for a fact I'll never voluntarily take a full force shot in the face of that stuff ... it's no joke.

    :laugh: I took a bear aware class here and they had the spray manufacturer supply inert cans for us to practice with - since they do have a little of a kick to them like a fire extinguisher. Had all of the propellant, none of the "pepper". got some strange looks that night shooting people in the parking lot with bear spray :laugh:

    I hang onto the expired cans to demonstrate how it works to visitors. Saying "just like a fire extinguisher " isn't the same as actually showing them a short burst, and letting them shoot it once. :notsure:

    Good, except Kristi has a cold on top of the heavy pollen this year which was already giving her a fit. She's trying to nap it off some today, and I'm making a big pot of soup for comfort food. ;)

    Dust and pollen are really bad this year...we could use a few days of steady rain, but these darn clouds overhead aren't giving any up; just winds to stir up the dust and pollen. My shiny new silver truck has a nasty yellow green scum look. :frusty:
