Cut the brake lines and route them towards the ground for maximum braking power. The OE doesn't want you to know this secret.

Additionally, you could drill holes at the top of the brake master cylinder for maximum fluid cooling power.

I'm all about helping people, and don't like to be negative. It's sad
that people can be so narrow minded and feel your input means nothing. I'm realizing lately why people disappear from TW.

Didn't mean to be negative. I do appreciate the responses with possible culprits. I took it out on the freeway earlier and the same "vibrations" occurred between 50-65mph. It went away at times during the drive when I was below or above that speed range. The truck tracks straight when this occurs as well. I should actually say that the vibrations aren't only through the steering wheel. It is the whole front end that vibrates. I'm currently looking under the truck for loose bolts or any other possible culprits. The steering linkage bolt was not loose, nor were any of the alignment related nuts and bolts. In the process of removing and reinstalling then radiator support bushings as I type.

So here are the preliminary results. I removed and reinstalled the polyurethane radiator support bushings, however I swapped the bushing locations so now the smaller bushing is on the top. I tightened them up real good and took it for a drive on the same stretch of highway where I initially started feeling the vibes. So far no more issues! Whether the bolts weren't tight enough or the bushings weren't properly aligned with the sleeves or my truck simply did not like the fatter bushing up top who knows?

Just for reference Energy's instructions for the full body mount kit (8.4109) show the bushings to be installed as shown. Can't really tell in the picture if one side is thicker and I didn't measure before install. Also note the washer sizes. Position 1 is the radiator support.

You initially installed them incorrect if that is the case. Interesting that they would cause vibes to that extreme though I can believe it as they support the entire front portion of the cab from the windshield on forward.

How many miles did you have on those factory bushings? I got the ES ones wondering when I should install
