    I know you already ordered, but I thrashed on some beadlocks on previous rigs and the beadlock ring really protects the wheel itself. I didn't have any damage to my steel wheels over the course of 4 years of really heavy abuse.

    Good info. Aaron has the methods and they are nice but I was doing more reading on the steel bolt in the aluminum wheel issues without the inserts and I'm happy I went with all steel. It's also nice that the wheels I ordered were built as beadlocks instead of having to cut up a set and weld in rings.

Just axles standing in my way now... 3k worth of axles....and some power steering parts...and a winch...and some other shit...like a starter...and some new batteries. Fuck I need more money.
