Polyurethane Radiator Support Mounts (Cab Also)

The damage my front end has was all pointed out by an expert body repair shop when my neighbor hit my drivers door and they did my fenders and my door. If that is not expert in body and frame to you then I don't know what is. Again, nothing since they pointed the key areas out has changed.

To you it can't be used as a reference point Mr. Garage Queen 2015. Lol.

There is no point in arguing with you. If you want to install them small bushing up be my guest. If you want to leave it as OE then be my guest also. Since it's all got to be EXACTLY how stock was you might as well just leave it stock. Is mine stock? Nope. Do I claim it to be? Nope. Am I always looking for better solutions ovwr shotcomings OE may have had just to make things cushy for everyone? You bet. Why, just because I can and we mod. That's what we do here.

We had this discussion over 15 pages ago anyways. I thought we already figured out a resolve to this.

Matter of fact, if anyone has had any damage (cracks, splits, collapsing, bending) to their front end due to the increase in height since installing these who drives theirs more often than I do, but doesn't drive it as hard, please chime in. I'm listening.

No, I'm not saying stock is always the best, I'm disagreeing with this mod in particular of putting a LARGER bushing than OEM in place of something that is designed to be the same all around. Why can't you admit for once in your life that you are wrong? I'm basically throwing facts and proof in your face and you want to run your mouth.

 

Saying to each their own is great and all, but stop pushing a mod on people that can cause potential damage to their trucks

 

What facts other than the OE bushing measurements?

Pretty much done arguing with you Rob. I've stated my case, just wish you'd change the OP to show that adding the larger bushing will cause a small body lift.

I like how you did Gen 2 TC spindle gussets instead of Gen 1. I like the gen 2 versions better.

 

I may actually be able to make that. Maybe only a day or so, but still. A weekend you'll be there I take it?

 

It's not gen anything, its swaybar retained gussets, they've always had them, you just have to run a little bit more backspace or tires will rub

 

Unsure exactly when, but wasn't planning on camping, probably just stop off for the day and then either grab a hotel or drive home
