    Hmmm maybe I should add that to the list for the summer since I hit some deep mud holes every here & there
    What exactly does it allow anyways, does it stop the diff from getting flooded & breaking or something?:confused:

    Don't know measurements but the center was definately the deepest point as Dustin's rear bumper hit the water as he was coming out of it

    We never made it down that far. We turned around because the campsite was taken.

    Wait were there two water crossings? The one I took photos of people going through Ron had a shallow route to the side of it that anyone can do

    It was a great weekend! I enjoyed meeting all those I hadn't before, the weather was good and the food was superb! Not to mention the views once the fog rolled out . . . Thanks all for your hospitality at camp.

    Yep our diff's have a stock breather for the diff and with that location it is possible to get water in the diff with deep h20 crossings and can ruin your gears. So you want to relocate/extend it up and out of the way. Here is a diy link for 1st gens... https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/diy-differential-breather-extension.15223/

    Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    It was easily frame deep, possibly a bit more? Sandy bottom, too, almost ate up @madsand's rear tires. I thought for sure we were gonna have to recover him!

    @ODNAREM

    Aside from that: it was awesome to get to meet everyone and finally put names to faces. Ya'll are literally awesome, everyone who camped and didn't. I look forward to getting to share more beers, chair burning, dusty roads, and hopefully Ham radio time with everyone.
    :cheers:

    From idywild to the garage. Hey @bigbarlo let me know if you want my stock leafs. They're yours for a couple beers and a few laughs. They'll just be posting up in my garage. Oh and the install is going well so far. Only hiccup is all pro sent me the wrong rear brakes lines.
