@voz Our leasing agent just called and said the property is in violation of HOA for too many weeds in the yard lol. They said it's a long term problem (previous tenant) and will be sending a company to fix it.

 

My buddy just told me that Hail is in the forecast for this week. He mainly works in Boone/TN at dealerships and on high end cars but can make trips down here if any of you get any damage and want to get it fixed. He fixed my fender after I bashed it up at URE, and is so particular that he cringes when he sees the ones on my truck I don't want fixed.
