I'd cut more bro. If you ever come down on it, it could hit your body and damage the fender. My Pelfreybilt standard bumper has flexed enough to crack my brake light. And I don't even know what I hit it on. I think it was when I kept sliding back down in the rut during that Pelfrey camping trip.

slow offcamber flexing can cause enough frame flex for that to happen too, on top of the rawdog hard stuff

yeah, i thought about it. since this pic, i angled the bumper down a little bit more, giving roughly .5" gap front to back. she's good when slowly flexing, but good point on the solid impacts.

Gotta trim my flare little bit more. Got about 1/8" clearance at full stuff. Still about 1/2" from the sheet metal. Bumper doesn't deflect very much. Pretty solid reinforcement bar:

both look pretty good, ATO uses the stock shackle and archive gives you a new top mount with greasable poly bushing with the potential option any length shackle

I think the ATO has more adjust-ability though, 3 for mounting and 3 for the shackle vs 2 for the mounting.

yeah...but that steel is tough shit lol

I'd mark a hole and blast it with a plasma cutter and then drill it out vs trying to drill it normal

Make sure you do a shock relocate to run a little longer shock. To me, that's the only way it's worth it. I'm already utilizing a 11" shock in the stock shock mounts and using most of it's travel. So all a shackle flip would do for me is max out my shocks at full droop.
