That's why I was asking, because that's what they should be. I'm not sure how long all of you have been following this forum, but back in December there was a huge debate and conversation on this topic because all of us had found them at 38 poundsish, mine included!. So at that time, the social agreement was it should be about 52 to 55 pounds for a 14 mm U-bolt Via. charts that everybody had come up with. Now mine are at 97 pounds because I have sumo springs on and that's what Super Springs said that Toyota told them the u-bolts should be torqued to.

Built a TPMS pressure vessel and put on OR wheels on my SR. Needs different rubber, but that will come later. Waiting on the tailgate black reflective "tacoma" stickers. Also ordered matte black door stickers. I think the side needs stickers or badgeing to break up the expanse IMHO. My cap is in and will be installed on Friday. Its coming together. I really like my truck so far-feels great. upload_2016-5-2_12-2-55.jpg

Do you know if you have to order a TPMS sensor kip when you buy these wheels or will the existing ones work for our trucks?

I heard that the 2 x 4's did not have any Zürich fittings to Greece. Only the 4 x 4's

    OEM style running boards
Decided to check my transmission fluid level today. Followed the downloaded procedures from service manual, started it up and ran through the gears and waited for the fluid to reach temp. Crawled underneath and pulled the level check plug...nothing. I was already suspicious, so had the quart of fluid and pump under there with me. Took about .8 of a quart before anything came out of the level check hole. I really wasn't experiencing any of the problems others have described, mostly just curious and I think I've had some slippage on gear changes occasionally. Still ticks me off. I'm 65, so crawling underneath to do this was a pain everywhere. Sending my dealer an email after this.
Otherwise, things I've added are a set of FJ wheels, 17 x 7.5 with 265/65/17 tires, Rokblokz mud guards (long story), running boards (part of the Rokblokz story), and silver TACOMA letters. Little more subtle than black. The running boards I'm on the fence about right now. They make it difficult to get out. Installed them after I found that the OEM mud guards were basically garbage. Pulled them and put on a set of Plasticolor jobs, which worked pretty good but started to curl and take a "set" after a few trips on the highway. Finally went with the Rokblokz, which work for me. I travel 3 miles on a gravel road to get to pavement from my house, so I have to be careful to guard paint.

    Nothing yet
Definitely could have been a whole lot worse. Took it to the body shop for estimate and turns out literally everything from the frame forward is cracked, headlight mounts, grille, anything and everything plastic is broken. $3k for repairs, thankfully insurance will pay out.

Don't feel bad . During my PDI I mentioned the ungreased ujoints ( I have a TDROR ) The tech looked at the rear u-joint and with the most puzzled look on his face , said to the service manager . " it's got spicers on it ! " Each took about 5 pumps of grease. They must not be on the majority of Tacoma's and I do believe i read that the 2x4's have sealed u-joints .

Went with the Rightline tent for the 6' bed, just threw it on in the driveway last night, but it seems to fit well. Found it at a steal plus free shipping.

Put on some Weathtech mud guards, I'll let ya know when I smash them into something and have to replace with something more flexible.
