I know reply is late but, I used the metalcast tint paint from dupli-color. I think VHT will be better, same concept though.

Ha same hence the body work, or part of the body work.

Good call. I just worry about clean cuts. Maybe use snips?

Snips or a razor knife. There will be ~6" uncovered on each side but since the front is under your toolbox and your rear has stuff mounted I wouldn't worry about it. You might be able to find some 5' wide roll though.

Inside and out. Really really happy with the purchase. Two owners, both were diligent with maintenance, and self admitted ignorant about cars so they just said "Yes" to whatever was suggested from the dealer every 5K miles.

I just moved the plug from the solenoid box to inside the cab. It only involves extending 3 small diameter wires.

Very nice truck! I just got my first Tacoma last month and had a similar experience. I'm the third owner and it is clean! I need to change the SC oil since that is the one thing I have no maintenance history for. Enjoy your new truck, I'm loving mine.

For Mall Crawling - Yes, because yo gotta keep up wif da Jones millennial crew, dog yo!
For Off Road - Yes, but there will be lack of concerned with it when your tires are at 15psi or lower and at a location out of the city and enjoying nature.

In my experience, when something is squeaking it is usually due to a lack of lubrication. It may not be that you need to swap out the suspension, it may be just that you need to change out some bushings and add some grease to the appropriate locations. Especially if it's just going to be a mall-crawler. You may end up paying through the nose for 2" or 3" of lift that you're never going to use that will still squeak.

Um. The wife is convinced it needs new suspension. Don't ruin this for me.

Well, in that case, make absolutely sure you grease everything down and swap out the bushings when you install your new lift kit. ;):D

lol. I can understand leaf packs squeaking. But this thing currently sounds like an old caddy with bad shocks....
