So I was going to take a picture of this nice prerunner that pulled up beside me on my way to work, but when he pulled up right in line with my passenger window, he just stared forward and didn't wave back to me.

    No picture for you

This would actually be a nice thing to have for meet-ups so we all know where to park

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
On that bottom picture... does that count as being spotted?

Speaking of flags, do any of y'all run flags on your truck? When I was living in Oklahoma all the cool kids had 'Merica flags flying high on weekends. Just wondering if it's frowned upon in California? Will cops mess with people that do? Not that I'd be that guy with a 4X6 ft flag lol a 2X3 ft flag is just fine. But just wondering about flags in L.A.

There were some Texas boys that came up with a flag bracket that bolts into those two taillight bolts inside the bed, I just lost the thread I was looking at Saturday, I was thinking of hitting them up and buy one or two. Just can't find the thread now.

    Lights for days! Sasquachified!
Depends on the city. Some areas are chill, others can be difficult. I'd expect that, as long as it doesn't impede with others (like hanging out of the back of the bed), it wouldn't be a big deal

Yeah I gotcha. I was kinda thinking of just going to Lowes and picking up a 2X3 flag kit and just bolt and seal the bracket to the front side of my toolbox so the flag is within the bed of my truck.
Why? Cuz I love America and my truck dammit!:oldglory::mudding:
I'm gonna try that this weekend. Wish me luck lol

@MuricaTaco has run a 3x5 US flag and now has a 3x5 California flag, and as far as I know, has not been harassed. His flag mount is the bumper tow ball mount point right in front of the license plate, too.

I am working on getting a Don't Tread On Me flag up, I'm picky though so it's slow.

Well if it becomes tattered from the fast wind and hangs into the dirty bed touching it then that's a problem as many will see that as disrespectful to the flag. I hate seeing the flag up and forgotten and looking horrible.

Gnarly, I wanna be able to run both America/Cali flags. On special occasions of course, not daily haha. And think I may have seen your truck, idk. I regularly drive to the Whittier/La Habra area to take my mom to the doctor every other week. Always cool to see some rad tacos out and about.

No kidding? I'm out and about often, pretty easy to spot with my big antenna. I know if I saw your grill I'd remember it 'cause those Toyota letters are pretty awesome.

Agreed 100%. As a matter of fact, when I moved back, I visited my aunt, and her flag was tattered and torn, the very next day I grabbed a ladder and put her a new one. She wasn't intentionally disrespectful, just didn't have someone to put up a new one for her.
