    So jelly.

My rafters are only 8ft tall and my garage is a true single. No way I could get away with that.

I built some around my deck out of wall rock. Spent about $450 in rock and several hours of destroying my back, knees, shoulders, etc. As you can see in pic #4 I have a bunch of left over rock which I'll use for a small wall in the back corner of my yard.

Fair warning: I am not an engineer.

This stone was just over 400 lbs. I about unraveled a testicle getting it out of my truck and wrestling it into place.

Mine flooded horribly in Sept 2013. Needed $900 of remediation.

Then again in (not as bad as Sept 2013) in May 2015. Needed another $850 remediation.

It was literally just a dirt crawlspace with my furnace in it.

I had Peak Structural come out and finish it. I will only recommend them if you get Kevin as your foreman. The first crew that came to finish it got a 0 out of 10 from me. The company sent out an assessor who recommended that they do an entire redo. And they did. Kevin and his crew did a 10 out of 10 job.

They regraded the dirt to slope to the outer walls where they installed a footer tile system. The system all slopes and drains to a Zoeller M98 sump pump that exits the house to a drainage cylinder 15 feet away. Then they covered the entire floor with dimple mat and then covered the crawlspace, going 3 feet up the walls, with CleanSpace vapor/moisture barrier. The CleanSpace is siliconed to the walls.

    It is 100% waterproof/sealed now.

In Sept 2013 I was standing shin deep in water/mud. Lost a shoe in the mud until I found it 10 days later.

I was sucking the water up with my Rigid wet vac, crawling out of the crawlspace, walking outside and dumping 5 gallons at a time. I was literally doing nothing.

So then I rigged up the hoses/vac so that it would just be blowing the muddy water out the crawlspace vent. And left it running over night. It literally did nothing to prevent the major flooding.

But it did make my house look like it ate Taco Bell and was sharting itself for hours. :)

Worse part about it, is I had to leave the next day for a 7 day business trip. Came back and the water was still about 24" deep. Stagnant in my crawlspace.

I made it clear to my kid that there is no walking on, standing on, touching.... or even pointing at the rock wall.

Your fine as others have said, I'm missing the lip itself in a place or two, and have rash like that on all wheels. :burnrubber:

If it makes you feel better you could try and pry the piece of metal away from the tire. And when i say pry i mean mostly slide a screwdriver or file along the outside of the lip, not pry against the tire.

That's what I'm gonna do. Take out the piece that's digging into the sidewall and re dip the wheels.

I'd skip the re dipping, you're just gonna ding them up again Haha. Same reason i don't buff out all the scratches on mine... Just going to get scratched again.

Unless your just going to touch them up, completely redoing them will get old....but it might throw off your tire pressure monitors . Haha

Actually the first time I dipped it was the first time I've ever done it. It was a pretty crappy job just to see how it would look. I probably won't do it yet. Maybe at the end of the summer when they get even more messed up.
