And true, the gal and I pretty much talk science 24/7. When we go out to places we share interesting facts about the species we see. Argue with random people at the bar about management decisions. I am currently trying to gain access to the vast collection of toad data to play with this summer and learn more about computation biology. The books I read in my free time are literally text books on management. And I am trying to gain more publicity for the toad this summer through photography (printing an image this week. Hoping to have it displayed at a bar that sells a "Wyoming toad" beer) . It doesn't feel like work. Just something I enjoy. Cleaning 30 some toad tanks a day...well that feels like work .

I always joke that I'll be happy at any job I get but it's pretty true. Even a basic hatchery job, in a shitty location would be fun for me.

Only experience i had with fastenal was horrifying. Took 6 weeks to get my bumper from cali. Was damaged and they lost it for 2 weeks.

Thats living the life man. Im researching all the big brand trucks cuz im bored. Drove a new tacoma today. Rode nice, but wasn't really impressed. Motor was, quick? Not the right word, but felt like when i got on it it was really trying.

Took a final. Went back to bed for most the day since I was up till 3 doing sound for a video project.

Then went out to eat some amazing fried chicken with devin and gonna watch a movie then ear training at midnight.

Been shopping around for a Tundra. Don't really need it but it kinda will be a reward/upgrade for myself for the future. The dealership doesn't have a platinum, and I don't really want a flex fuel motor because I want to through a S/c on it once warrenty is up. Just been trying to figure out the big differences between the platinum and limited.

So far all I can find is no cooled seats in limited, and the color match grill.

 

FLex fuel i.e. e85... You can make some serious power on e85.

Front what I have gathered, there is no tune/flash for the flex fuel version when attempting to supercharge. I think URD is working on it, but I need to dig a little bit more on it. I would just hate to get teh motor that I can't make FI.

You mean 3rd? 1st gens had the 4.7. Reports from those who have a 5.7 with sc is about 501hp and like 505 or 550 lb-ft

Ridiculously unneeded, but ive already told myself my next vehicle is getting boosted in one way or another.

 

You guys catch the news on the new 3 cylinder Nissan motor? 88lbs and puts out 400hp. Looks pretty trick.
