I just put an OME kit on my '03 Tacoma back in January, and I have no squeaks from the suspension at all. But I greased up all the bushings with silicone plumbers grease before I installed them (mostly just to make it easier to squeeze them in). That said, I'm fully aware that grease will eventually break down/squeeze out and things will start squeaking. It's a thirteen-year-old truck, not an Aston Martin.

So, I suspect that if you install any new suspension kit that replaces the springs and struts, and take the time to swap out the all the bushings at the same time, and lube everything carefully, it will take care of your squeaking issue (assuming that said squeaking issue is in fact coming from the suspension). I like OME, I think it's a great value, but there are other great choices at other price points as well.

My current setup doesn't squeak either. Kings up front. Foxes out back and Alcan leafs. All used stuff too.

The incessant squeak happens with suspension cycle. That's why I targeted the suspension. Is there some other part that would squeak like that?

    Sure.

Body mounts. Body panels. Steering components. Ball joints.

    Lots of stuff

Its not body panels. For sure. Maybe body mounts and I intend to replace the ball joints anyhow.

Ironically, my leaf packs JUST started squeaking about two weeks ago.
It was being drowned out by the center support bearing washer that was rubbing against the supported driveline flange for a lovely and glorious grinding sound and rattling washer ringing!

Just did it on mine. Have yet to drive it yet though. Was pretty easy to do and I did it different than most.

How far do you move the spring hangers back/forward? It doesn't seem too complicated...

I think it all depends. Some say 7.5 but mine ended up being closer to 9 I think. I moved mine rather by setting the shackle at 90 degrees to the frame figuring the springs where at full droop. I notched the front of the frame and put my front hanger there. I also used a plumb line and marked where the center pin was on the leafs that where on the truck. The chevy center pin was about 3/4 of inch foward of the stock pin so I moved the axle back 1 inch and that centered the wheel in the wheel well and I will have to do no to very minor trimming with 35s. Check my build for all the details and pictures. They are in the last two pages.

You should spray your suspension parts with some penetrating fluid just to see if it stops the squeaks. Won't hurt anything...

Thats what I have to do sometimes. Its because theres rust between the packs in my dakars and when the suspension cycles it squeeks.

My wheelers 6 pack squeaks like a mofo going over speed bumps. It's embarrassing when pulling into the apartment and there's chicks out

On another note at around 45 mph with the window down I can hear an intermittent squealing/screeching that is very high pitched. I think it's coming from the front drivers side wheel but idk what it is

There aren't many ladies around here who like nice 20 year old trucks sadly. It's surprising how at my college I have one of the oldest vehicles of people I know.

I would suspect your forward leaf spring hanger, then I would check the friction pads between the leaves. There is a metal sleeve inside the leaf eyelet that causes all sorts of fucked up noises. Replaced mine twice now.
