    Didn't wake up early this morning to go hit the gym so I'm gonna go after work. Chest tri's shoulders and traps. Gonna try and hit 205 for bench too. I fucking know I got this. Super pumped to see my numbers shooting up steadily for now.

    I could definitely benefit from a good trap, shoulders, and back workout. Not necessarily combined. But I've decided after the next 15 lbs I'm going to start heavy lifting again and focus on that rather than a number on the scale.
