I wanna check your truck out sometime. I have a 3" lift and 285's im installing once toyota replaces my frame, but ive yet to see a truck with this set up in person so id like to get an idea of how it looks.

I loved mine at first but after springs relaxed it settled about 1.5"
Think I'll do a Body lift to make up difference and make more room for 35s

What springs are they? I am contemplating doing a 1" bl to add some lift but I'll see how the springs turn out first. How do you like those trail grappler? That's what I got 285/70/17 load c

 

Love the tires not nearly as loud as I thought they would be. Not the best on ice or wet roads but every tire has trade offs.

I'm not sure what Spring wieght the coils are but I think they come with 600lb coils After I get winch,Armor and plate bumper I'll need to shop for 700lb ones

So I have a dilemma.. I know I don't get on much on the Pennѕylvanιa тнread but this is my dilemma and I want anybody who has had these tires opinion.. my boss has a set of BFG mud terrains.. that are almost brand-new that нe'ѕ selling me for $100 for All 4... Currently I have brand new Firestone destinations all terrain... And I love them great traction they do well in the rain and the snow and on dιrт . Here is my concern.. He says the мυd тeraιnѕ are loυd and I know that they are heavier which will decrease my gas mileage.. how well do The BFG mud terrains do on wet roads snow and dirt?

 

Dirt good. Snow bad. At least that's what I've read. If noise and MPG's are an issue then stay away.

 

Thanks Craig.. I do love my Firestone destinations even though I blew one out on the trails when we went out but it's a good тιre . And that's the thing I want and all around good Tire.. I had a Tacoma passed me on the freeway the other day and he had mud terrains and they were Extremely Loud
