The US Offroad bar is the one I was looking at. Sorry, was confused at first.

This provides a hidden winch mount as well.

I always build my own. You can go search for a good list online and use it as a guideline and keep it smaller unless you wanna be the taco EMT lol
A good guideline i use is my kit should be able to handle anything that doesn't merit a 911 call

See I don't know all that much about medical stuff. I'd rather buy a pre made kit.. I was looking into the REI extended backpacking kit for $55. Not a bad price and claims it's enough for 6 people for 8 days so that should suffice.

That ones not bad..I like that you can take out the field trauma pack and then have just a simple first aid kit..gives you versatility

I recommend a military IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) and a first aid course, maybe watch some real videos on YouTube if nothing else on how to use the stuff in it. It's small (but expensive) but will treat everything from minor cuts and burns to splinting a broken leg and stopping the bleeding on a amputated limb. Or, what I did, was get the inventory list for them (see below), and buy the materials much cheaper and assembled my own kits, I made 5 of them, one in each vehicle and one on each Bug Out Bag.

    Description

The IFAK was issued to every deploying soldier via the Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFI). Weighing one pound, the IFAK consists of the following expendable medical items packaged inside of a modified MOLLE 100 round SAW ammo pouch.

    I bought this one.

I don't need anything crazy but this should do the trick and it does fractures but no field trauma pak.

I bought my brother in law something similar to that for him to have in Ukraine since their army doesn't really provide very well...

I doubt I'll ever truly need to use most of the kit but knowing I have the equipment is nice. Which I think is everyone's thought about them

I think in the last 2-3 years I have pulled my kit out to grab one band aid..other than that I only pull it out to refresh the stuff that "expires"
