    This is on my truck. There are no bushings that would fit the stock mounts, so :sawzall::welder:

    Yeah, it had to come up from the stock height due to the factory ones being so damn big, but I left the body lift in there in case I ever want to go higher or lower with the BL.

    6 inch Douche Bag lift...what else do I need?
    BS... it took me about 1 hour to complete this and I didn't take the column off. I did have to jack up the body by the mount to get enough space to insert the larger bushing into the slot.

    Can you elaborate on how the poly body bushings changed your trucks handling / performance?

    ES makes a master kit for our trucks... you could get that if you wanted and sell the body bushings out of it...

    Has anyone done a write up of the body mounts? I did the radiator in a hour but the body mounts seemed a bit more challenging so I had my shop look into it. Hence the 6hour labor.

    Body is relatively simple, need to disconnect a few things first, disassemble the inside cab a small amount, etc. Someone on here I believe did a write-up or explained it to me at one point.

    The factory steering rack bushings have a ton of voids in them. Which allows them over time once they weaken to allow the rack to shift 1/4 side to side when turning the wheel. It also can causing wheel centering and alignment issues once they are FUBAR.

    Yeah. I found the front bolt easily. I'm going to have to empty the truck, pull the staples on the carpet covering (not pictured) for the storage/ dog bed thing, and disassemble said unit to get to the bolt. Right now it's a "Fuck You Toyota" moment - for the shit bushings, not the dog bed / storage thing. My cab was banging like hell against my sliders today, so I was temporarily motivated. Shit.
