    Same thing happened to my 13. I had the dealer replace it for free but I think it was because I use a sun shade that is held in place by the visors that caused it to loose tension.

    I had to have the inspection done as well even though I knew it qualified. Took about 2 weeks to get the springs in. In case you have not seen it, this is the guidelines for the recall.
