No we are working together on the EAF ones. And I'm working with him by getting a big group up to get the others cheaper for everyone that's why I need 10-15 people

Good deal. Disregard my previous comment.
One day maybe I'll be "EAF" status if I can ever figure out what it means. ;)

What a nice crew to explore with. Every time I see that Bronco it reminds me of high school.

Later in the day I painted it black, so it blends in more. Overall I'm quite pleased.

The antenna in my post above is for occasional dedicated scanning of state / fed freq., not 2-way comms.

Tried out my sleeping platform with an air mattress this weekend. Glad I didn't buy a new air mattress for this purpose because I won't be doing this again. LOL

It wasn't awful, but it was super awkward getting in and out, and the lack of headroom made it annoying to get situated. My dog thought it was fine, though.

Currently, it's not very organized. Everything is either in an old bag, or just thrown in there. I plan on getting something similar to what you linked. Either that, or I'll build some drawers.

FWIW, I've had better luck with smaller containers. Large containers like that can be a real burden when they're full of stuff. I went with a 15qt size and built my platform so that they'd slide in with a little room to spare. I've got enough room for four of them (one kitchen stuff, one tarps/awning/tent stakes, two food). I've got a long piece of rod with a hook bent into the end that I use to grab the ones that sit further back.
