Depends how much you wanna drink. I'd like the meet the guy that could all-day drink a craft beer. That shit is so thick that you'd feel like shit after 3-4. The good thing about those light beers is when you want to drink 20 of them, you can.

 

Finally got in the gym for the first time since last Wed. Did upper body today:

flat bench: 3 sets of 6-10
incline dumbbell bench: 2 sets of 6-10
wide-grip pull-ups: 3 sets of 8-10
v-grip t-bar rows: 2 sets of 10-12
lower back hyper extensions: 2 sets of 10-12 w/ weight
standing dumbbell side lat raises: 2 sets of 8-10
standing dumbbell front lat raise: 2 sets of 8-10
bent over dumbbell reverse flys: 2 sets of 8-10
dumbbell shrugs: 2 sets of 12-15
hammer curls: 3 sets of 10-12
concentration curls: 2 sets of 10-12
one arm overheard dumbbell extension: 3 sets of 10-12
reverse grip straight bar pulldowns: 2 sets of 10-12

I forgot how much I love upper/lower. Next upper will be heavier weight and lower reps...probably on Friday or Saturday. Lower A tomorrow

Did legs today after a long flight home. Not the smartest move as I was clearly tight in the hips and IT band. Still moved some weight at least.
For my heavy Squat sets:
405 x 5r x 3s
450 x 2 x 2
Both new pr's
Then 4 super sets of calf raise / leg press
4 super sets extensions / leg curls
And finally a 1.5 mile run to loosen up after.

 

That's what I was thinking. Dude's pretty damn lean.
