Probably a good idea to do those fuel mods. Check out underdog racing development
They have all kinds of goodies for our trucks with boost

Do the fuel mods. At the very least 7th injector and if going all out, do the fuel pump and AFM piggy back too.

When you say running lean, is your truck throwing a lean code? If so, check out the fiasco I've been dealing with up until recently on this thread...

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...tem-too-lean-code.427824/page-7#post-12391966

I was getting a P0171 "System too lean" check engine light that took two Toyota dealerships and a master tech getting called in to figure out. Normally, a code like that means a dirty MAF, o2 or air fuel sensor (or a vacuum leak), mine ended up being a leak but it was coming from the back of my supercharger. There's a port there that is capped on some setups (like mine) and the cap had come loose, creating a vacuum leak in the supercharger that made my truck run lean. At least that's what they told me, they fixed it and everything's been normal the last couple days.

I'm also looking into upgrading to the URD 7th injector kit, but I've been told it isn't smog legal in CA (will fail the visual inspection) which could present problems for me down the line.
