It's not even applicable to 09s yet. If it ever becomes applicable, you'll know.

I just had it done on my 2010. DBL Cab TRD Sport. I had to throw a fit and call Toyta Corporate but it can be done.

:duel:My 2010 DC off road has less than 2k on it... I told the dealer that I loaded it up with a piece of equipment that weighed 450 lbs... and that it bottomed out after going over a speed bump. The dealer looked up the TSB for the 08 Taco, cross referenced the part# for the TSB to my truck... and guess what.. they matched. He then went ahead and ordered the parts and did the upgrade. NO problems, NO hassle, it was painless....

Does anyone know if they would restrict the TSB if I already added an AAL.

Well.. why do you want/ need it? The AAL IS the TSB.... but no I don't believe they will do the TSB if you have done the add a leaf.

I was wondering because a lot of folks post that they have a rear AAL plus the TSB. My ignorance in not knowing what the rear TSB involved. I thought it was more than just a leaf. Geesh

THe TSB is NOT an AAL. The TSB springs are a COMPLETE leaf pack swap. 3 leaf set out, 4 leaf set in. Then you can add AALs from there....or without getting it at all.

    Options I see:
    1) If you want to lift and don't want to wait for the TSB- Get the AAL.
    2) If you want the TSB and a lift...Work on getting the TSB and then install the AAL on that.
    3) If you don't want to lift but want the extra stability of the TSB- Work on getting it or getting a set of springs from someone who has them and does a full swap them selves.
    4) Don't worry about it at all because you haven't had any issues with loading.

    Good luck!!
