    I was 140 when I started, but I was skin and bones. Now I'm 200, but it's just muscle covered in a good layer of fat to keep warm :anonymous:

    What's crazy is that I'm able to maintain that 16% almost year-round...u jelly?

    In all forrealness, I'm probably 14-16% right now. My cut hasn't been going so great with the summer rolling in, bachelor parties, the semester ending, and other various excuses. I figure, if I had been 100% strict on the first month and a half of my cut, I would've probably lost maybe an additional 2-3 lbs, which I'm not too worried about. I started at 209 & ~16% bf and am gonna go til I'm 190 and hopefully 10-12%. I'm just not dedicated enough to get to single digits...I enjoy my weekends too much. I don wanna get cut enough to lose the "dad-bod" mantra though lol.......................fuckers

    I started at like 165 in January and am now 178ish. But look completely different. Which is all that matters to me.

    I'm aiming for ~180 but 7-8% bf by end of summer. I've got a full week after exams before I go back home and start at it hard, that week will be spent ironin out diet and workout details. 6-7 days a week, no days off of the diet. Aiming for 2700-3000 calories high protein/mid carb/low fat diet.

    In High school A bunch of people called me holocaust victim because I was 5'11-6'0 and weighed maybe 135-140ish straight skin and bones.

    Same...my old gym had the good ones that had the giant fan spool thing. My current gym has a pretty terrible one and they also have it all crammed up in the corner. I've used it a few times but I've been jumping rope before workouts the past week or so. It's been good.

    That reminds me... Walked in to the gym this morning and someone had broken the lat pull down/cable row machine. I don't know how. I don't think I want to know how. I think I would've been less mad about it had it not been back day, literally the one day I need it. My gym will never have nice things now :mad:
