They weren't very clear the guy said the GPS, is there some type of GPS tracking that might be an option? I know that Navigation comes standard on the TRD that's why I was a little confused

That's weird unless they installed lojack or something and forgot to charge you for it. Either way, tough shit. Ask them to show you the paperwork saying you agreed they could remove equipment after delivery of the truck. Usually anything like that would be on a We Owe/You Owe document, if they gave you one and it says "nothing owed" then too bad.

My thoughts exactly, I think you're right with the Lojack my contract says the only item removed was the alarm. I think some ones going to eat this mistake!!

That sounds high, I was quoted $1750 installed for the CX with lights and Yakima rails. Ended up with the Z series with lights, rails, and electronic lock thing for $2575.

Negative ghostrider. My prototypes are still up for grabs. Good to see the headlight mod club growing though.

Thanks. In my opinion, it rides pretty close to stock with a real mild stiffness. However, I'm not sure if my tires play a key role. If I still had my stocks I would definitely have tested the theory, but I just sold them.

4 of these on the way along with 285 BFG ATs. Was originally waiting on Ultra 102's but they were back ordered 60+ days. Shocks are almost done being built. Next speed bump is custom Total Chaos UCA.

That's weird. I tested as well but didn't see any increase or decrease either way. I took it off and went through a couple tanks of gas, put it back on and went through a couple tanks of gas and now removed it again.

I would of liked to see an increase using it... I sold the one off my first 3rd gen but decided to keep this one around for long road trips and tested to see if it would be worth it or not to put it on. Just didn't notice a difference.

I'm wondering if it helps at a certain speed. It's rare i go over 60mph during most daily driving. passing people sometimes, but the city speed limit at the highest is 55. I barely every get on interstates.

I threw it in an old shed for now to collect dust but maybe I'll have to try it again later at higher speeds.

I'm sure Toyota wouldn't just waste the money adding it for no reason, i just didn't find proof of that reason in my testing. I have heard some people say they like the looks better with it, some people like lower trucks, gives it more of an urban street look... But thats not MY preference LOL

Took a road trip yesterday after topping off my transmission fluid which was down nearly a quart. When I was done with the transmission, I disconnected the battery to dump the "memory". Road trip was a round trip of about 70 miles. The shifting in the truck is MUCH better. Holds the gears longer and the aggravating 5,6,5,6,5,6 is gone, at least so far.

On a plus note, I contacted my dealer and told them about my transmission. I was called within 5 minutes by the dealer. The gentleman I talked to was very concerned and said I was the second person so far to voice a complaint about the transmission fluid. He was forwarding my email to the service director. Second truck I've bought from them, and so far I've nothing but good to say about the dealer.
