The ones at mine are real nice. They have water in them that you spin around. Kinda neat

 

I also use this just to warm up. I'll do 500 meters in 1min 59 seconds.. row machines will get you! Full body.. I also hit the versaclimb 2-3 x's a week right when I walk in, 3- 1 min rounds.

 

How bout heavy dumbbell lunges? These are a great one! Can't cheat on them.. forearm and traps get pumped on top of it

 

I've been fat all my life lol skinny fat to obese fat to dad body fat. I can't keep the food out of ma belly

I switched to a planet fitness type gym and half the machines are already broken less than half a year open. It's sad really.

 

We don't have the versas at mine.... But we do have the Jacobs ladder ... That can be killer!

 

Yeah, those look like they'll do the job.

I used to work on a rock wall. Loved it

 

Hit 350 on dead lifts for 3 last night. Found my nitch last night. Not sure the technical term but had the bar on the bottom rung of the squat rack and lifted from there since I can't seem to keep my back straight when going all the way down.

 

i think that is called a rack pull, not quite a deadlift. Good # though

 

Yep. Rack pulls. Great way to work on your lower back strength. Takes most of the glutes and hams out of the lift.

Sexum is 5-8 & 140, Derick is 5-8 150s (iirc) & I'm 5-9 & at 153 this morning. My cheap ass scale has me at ~13.5% most mornings. Darick had a pic of his scale a little while back...don't remember his BF (he looked like a beast in the reflecting tho).

But, even tho we're all similar size and work out, we're shaped & look different. Derick looks way bulky compared to me & Sexum looks leaner. The clock ain't on my side tho...

stalked it, scale said 12.2%, but I bet he is leaner than that.
