Disapoint. Couldn't get into this morning's work out. Tried to get 205 on bench. Failed. Feel tired and hungry.

 

My legs are hurting! Been hitting squats/lunges every other day for about a week. Mainly cause the sun is coming out and I want my legs lookin good in them shorts. But also because I hate working on other muscles.

Starting the stair master before workouts again today. I do 15 minutes at a fast pace and that gets my body temp high enough to begins breaking a sweat. I normally keep sweating until I finish my workout too.

Here in the next two weeks ill have to load my backpack up and start doing short 10 mile hikes in preparation for hunting season. Gonna get shredded by time September rolls around.

 

Yea, my scale says in the 12s. I'd say it's fairly close. Still have a little pooch Goin on in the belly. I'm fluctuating between 153-158 depending on how shitty my weekend is. I ran out of chicken yesterday, but should have another 40 LB box of it tomorrow evening. Time to get serious on the diet and hit that 10% mark

 

Anybody still have the bb.com email from this morning. There was an article I was reading and accidentally deleted it.

Where do you buy a 40 lb box of chicken?!

 

I have multiple friends that work at Pilgrim's Pride, which is a chicken plant about 15 minutes away. I get them to get me 40 lbs of boneless, skinless breasts.

They can also get me whole birds, which I will probably do when I get a smoker

 

Damn I need a hook up in the poultry industry. I live on a cattle farm, which has it's benefits, but I eat at least a whole chicken everyday.
