New Entune update this morning

Got an Entune update on my JBL unit today. Not sure what changed? Wish Toyota would give you some sort of changelist. Anyways, whose with connectivity issues should see if it makes any difference.

 

I've seen some DIY info but they had the update files in Dropbox, which makes it a bit more risky than I'd like. Is there an official download or did you go to the dealer for it?

 

It was an OTA update. I just started up my truck this morning and once my phone connected, it asked to do the update. It used my phones data. This is the 2nd update I've seen since I've gotten the truck a few months back.

Also got the update this morning. I agree, it would be nice if they provided a change list or something.

 

I got the update today. But then later, my head unit restarted itself twice.

 

I'll go do it when I start the laundry. How long did it take?

 

Less than 5 minutes.

 

Not long, less then 5 minutes. I think my restarting has nothing to do with the update. The weather is super crappy here today.

 

Just a few minutes. The update package was under 20mb.

Nice. I didn't see that screen, but it seems all those 'features' were already there prior to this update?

 

They are updates to those apps

 

oh great an update to the useless apps I never touch, but no fix for my messaging compatibility issues.

 

Don't have JBL Audio but, just went out and checked my Navigation and I'm able to enter an address now. That feature has not worked for over a week.
