If the police cut your tint before your able to go in front of a judge they can be held liable for the damage. The police are not judge jury prosecutor on the street some bad ones just pretend to be. I have had skin cancer three times and get pulled over for tint all the time a doctors prescription and a medical stamp on your drivers license is what you need in high risk areas.

Found hood glue separated on my TRDOR today. Dealer fix or fix it myself..?? Saw hood vibration and read here on the forum that others this issue, so checked the glue points and found three to be cracked or separated.

 

Would you mind posting a pic of where the adhesive has failed. I got about 2300 miles and notice a small vibration at 75mph. I assumed it was from higher wind speeds. I like to keep eye this.
I'd definately make the dealer fix this!

 

Hmmm just went and looked under my hood. Guessing this isn't right...

 

I've had a lot of flexing in my hood from day 1, and it's annoying. So that isn't normal? (trd offroad, I have no scoop)

 

Some of my TRD badges came in as well as my paperwork to get my license plates. Got my Vleds installed in my tail lights and they exceeded my expectations ten fold.

 

OPT-7 LED's Wow they're bright!. Probably gonna do the headlights the same way too soon.

 

i had the shop foreman at my dealership do it and he put a taper sticker on it after he was done. hes been a good honest guy with everything else hes done thus far

 

opt 7 with HIDS or without hids? im trying to get the fogs and head lights as close to bright white without being yellow and or blue as possible.

 

I have opt7 5000k hids in my lows and fogs.

the hood flexing is NOT NORMAL your dealer will do one of 2 things 1) re-glue the hood at a body shop 2) replace the hood. if they do id ask they to trade up for a sport hood (thats my preference) i had my hood re-glued and now theres no more flexing! this is a warranty repair DO NOT PAY FOR IT!!

 

HONESTLY id keep taking t back till it was 100%

 

They did look a bit blue the first few days. But after a few days use they are a bit more white once they are warmed up. Great output for the price. I've had opt7 in my 07 4Runner and currently in my wife's Prius.
