    Got the official police report yesterday, she was apparently arrested twice that night by two different police departments. Both charged her with DUI, hit and run, fleeing the scene and following too closely. I called HER insurance company today after my appointment with my insurance company on their advise to. Got my estimated damage report for my claim. Apparently when i called her ins. company, they did not realize that i was involved and that she had hit me and ran. They had only recieved one of the two police reports and claims filed. I made a claim through her ins company instead of mine, may take longer but I won't have a claim against my own, More monies and no deductable. Should find more out by the end of the week. Had the guy laughing with the true story of what had happened that night. Pretty sure they will drop her after this one. Stupid girl should have just pulled over like i told her to.
