    There is a tab in the front that fits into a groove in the bumper. If it does not go into the tab, it sits further back and will not flush out. That's what happened with mine.

    Yeah I got cutouts but still just being a bitch to fit...no worries though I'm going to @EddyRRT's Saturday to get some help on somethings so I'm sure he'll help me with this also. It came from gettactical.net just released today and maybe a limited run
