I snapped a rear axle shaft with 4.56 gears on 35's
It was a hell of a day at the mall.

 

Major things are happening at the shop

 

I really hate that it's always you fuckers with long beds that end up bobbing them. I wish I had gotten a long bed.

 

I've got one broken and one bent axle shaft, and three ring gears missing teeth that say otherwise. You forget how much heavier the new tacomas are compared to your 82. Everyone says BFG KM2's are tough too, but I tore the sidewalls out of 8 of them in a year once. Not everyone drives the same, and the sharp rocks out west are a lot different than greasy mud down south.

 

I guess now only 1 trail limo remains. . . .haha

Makes sense because everyone is chopping up their longbeds, leaving less long beds in the market.

I swear I've seen atleast 3-4. Could be wrong. Wasn't that blue SAS'd 4 door a long bed before he went to a tube bed?

No. It makes no sense to bob a long bed and as a result it's leaving less long beds around

So I found someone selling the the wheels I've been looking for used locally and they have 39.5x16.5 Mickey Thompsons on them. Question is should I even attempted to mount them with 8" of lift or should I just go to the tire shop and have the tires taken off and sold. Because I know if I put them on and like them I'll end up cutting the truck up to make them fit. That and/or put a body lift on.

 

39 are freaking huge lol I'd stick with 37s
