This is not a stock coilover setup.



Measure the distance between the center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender flare for all four wheels.

 

That doesn't look like blocks to me, although that top plate mount is super beefy. That looks like an older Toytec adjustable kit with 5100s, but I could be wrong. Those springs may have too high of a lb/inch rating for your stock front end. That would make it rough. You could try lowering the adjustable collar, which is currently preloading the springs. You may need a special spanner wrench for that.

For your actual question: My guess is about 2 inches of lift.

 

from the middle of the wheel hub to the fender in the front is 24 inches and in the back is 23, I know you compare this to stock but can't seem to find that number, anything helps.. are there 5100's on this already? doh'

 

Stock, when new is about ~21". What wheel and tires size is shown in the pic of your truck?

 

This is not true. Adjusting the collar will only move the shock in and out. It does not adjust preload on the spring. That collar will only apply preload if the shock reaches its max extension.

 

Yeah, as mentioned, Toytec adjustable CO did use a 5100 series bilstien shock. The pic looks like a silver 5100 (with a bilstien label). And I would guess, those are Eibach coils. Probably 620 lb variety.

Edit: the printing on the coil in that pic show the coil to be 600#, not 620.

Turning the ring collar at the bottom of the coil will adjust pre-load and with add or remove lift, depending on which direction the collar is turned.

OP, you may not have may options here. Be carefull about removing pre-load as those 33's probably need all of the lift you currently have. @4drtaco03

looks like a decent setup. toytec adjustable coilover and spc uca (upper control arm). Call up toytec and see if you can get a coil with less spring rate. The 600lb coil is really meant for a truck with some extra weight like a bumper and winch.

 

Yea that makes sense, it rode smooth when I had the bed full and people in it, but usually don't have much in it and I'm only 160 lbs

FWIW, you ignored the "~" I put in front of that number.

At best it is a guessing game what that number was when our trucks were brand new. So more or less, yes. Almost impossible to be certain these days because there are no new stock suspensions any longer.

So the question always becomes, 3"s from what, when a lift maker advertises 3"s of lift for their 3" lift.

 

Ok. I measured 24" in the front and I have the 3" Eibach coils with the adjustable 5100's on the 0 setting. But I measured the rear and I swear the thing said 24" and all I have is a 1.5" AAL in the stock leaf pack. So who knows? I'm happy with it so #'s don't matter!

 

tacos from factory are about 1.5" higher in the rear.

so basically 3" all the way around give or take a little. I have front & rear tube bumpers and sliders but those don't weigh as much as plated armor, winches etc.
