    As far back as I can remember I have always been physically active. I've never lifted to get mass, and this was my first time... Post pic; in the kitchen after adding 30+lbs of mass.. The 2 back pics; top one was taken in 2005... Lower one was taken 2009.

    This!! I have excess skin on my stomach and chest and hate what's happened but still losing plan is to bulk and then lose again to see if I can tighten it. If not its surgery planned for 2018

    Everything makes bench go up lol. Just hit it hard.
    1 thing i don't do is decline. IT puts my shoulders in a weird orientation and to much pressure. Sometimes even dips do that. My mains are the heavy close grip, Heavy regular, Heavy incline etc. I don't do flat dumbbells, but love incline db's. I tend to take it easy of db flies.

    What i have found works fantastic is to pick your grip, say strongest bench grip. Do all your working sets, say up to your 3rm or what ever. Then pyramid down with a different, weaker grip. I.e Super wide, or narrow etc

    Looks extremely uncomfortable, but I usually do a double take when I see someone wearing them because she's usually good looking.
