    all depends on how long you take to finish the test... I guarantee I'll be done in less than 15 min... I never take long on tests.. hell at 35 questions... it'll probably be less than 5...

    and I can hang out if need be

    Pretty sure I just sent my first successful aprs packet via baofeng, android phone w/o service and a standard audio cable.

    It showed up on the aprs map on my normal phone.
