    yah man, I hear yah! sometimes its frustrating but it "beats the alternative!" hehe.. trust me, skin usually doesn't retract once it becomes that lax. ive been to so many surgeons and rejuvenation clinics.. no such luck.. had to hack it off. hehe

    Did they actually remove skin? I've heard of some people using a freezing method...

    Just out of interest and none of my business...if you don't mind...what does something like that cost...getting it done?

    yes they actually cut it and sew me back up.. 260 stitches.. lol... removed 9lbs of skin.. the cost was $5000...

    This is also my approach. Do 30,000lbs+ of bench volume a week, I'll bet my chequing account that your bench will increase.

    Like I'm the first to admit that my bench sucks, but it is always getting stronger, so what more can I ask for.

    Dude from my hometown just got a taco and told him to get on the forums, he's done a few cycles of "gear" and is one of the biggest motherfuckers I've ever seen. I've seen him push 415 on incline bench 2-3 times. I'm sure it won't be long before he finds this thread.
