What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I used the ARB kit and installed in the engine bay.

 

Gentex Homelink Mirror w/backlit buttons. 5 minute install. 5 minute programming.

 

These are black. They are a lot darker in real life.

 

Mounted my matte jet black Stealth 6 wheels from SCS.
love the way they look, much better in person. Also due to the offset i was able to remove my spidertrax spacers which ill be putting up for sale soon.

 

But you didn't hesitate getting a finger in that shot.

So what exactly do these mirrors do? Where does one find them? Looks nice .. are they self dimming to?

I put it in the larger compartment on the drivers side

 

I just wanted to have my garage door buttons on the mirror vs. the transmitter and keep the compass. It is auto dimming. This was a direct replacement. Unplug the stock and plug in the new and program.

 

I posted the link for a minute but it showed all my ebay info so you can find it on ebay. Search "2016 Tacoma mirror". The guy has a few different ones listed. I wanted backlit buttons. They are lit but just enough to see so they are not distracting. $149+ shipping. Our trucks use the 12 pin connector.

 

I'm glad I will never have to go there. I bought mine from big 2 toyota in chandler. They didn't give need any issues when I took my truck in to have them check my transmission fluid. Even fed me lunch and gave me a rental car.

Processor and amp upgrade , then speakers. My issue is with windows down and sunroof open , the stock JBL system can compete with the sound of wind.

 

I have had mine in for a few weeks. Today I retightened all the straps. From use the material get broke in and a few wavy wrinkles . All good now.

 

Tires look great! What offset are the new wheels? Def sticking out a bit with the spacers still mounted, but does not look bad by any means.
