Battery picked up, ATO dual battery kit is all painted up, the kit is here and dusty now I just need a pair of nuts to do all this tomorrow. i am nervous about screeing this up. I am planning on mounting the mounting the monitor on the side of the console half way between the seat and the foot well. This way it's out of the way but visible when I need it.

Well the wheels fell off the wagon quickly. I have the wrong optima batterys for the ATO dual battery mount. The vent holes don't fit the D75/25 that I have. My fault and didn't pay attention when I picked up the batteries, guess it's time to break out the drill press and knock some new ones, just means I won't get this done till next week.

Ok so i thought id post some pics of my progress. So this is the second battery (that i just got in the mail from the northstar gb). I was planning on putting it behind the rear seats but it just seemed like way more work than i have time for right now. So the plan has changed to putting it in front of the wheel well in the bed. Im going to run a 6 slot Blue seas fuse box in the bed, as well as another one under the hood that are both going to run off the second battery. I have the cables just long enough that i can lift the lid off the box to fit a wrench in there. Its pretty tight the way it is set up right now and i think down the road when i build a set of drawers i will build a little better box out of wood that has more room and is more organized. Im definitely looking for feedback as I have never done a project like this before.

btw I am using 4 gauge temco welding wire for the fuse blocks and 2 gauge temco wire to do the actual battery runs.
