Yup that thread is locked..and methinks one or more get a royal ass beating.

Cat..if you're just starting out on this, diet is the lynchpin. Single biggest thing there.

I do use a supplement or 4 here and there but depends on what I'm doing. At this point you don't need to go that route I'd say.

 

You should try going through a bad break up, and picking up smoking. That always works for me

 

Cool. Definitely trying to watch how much I eat, and what. Might be tough to watch what I eat based on the lifestyle I have because of the kids, but going to try and do portion control as much as possible. And then working out on a daily basis and get that cardio in!

 

Don't know about the break up part... but smoking might not be a bad idea.

 

My last bad breakup I just drank more beer and gained way more poundage

Oh I usually just don't eat until I look sickly and unattractive, and then try to date again haha

 

Well I smoke already and work too much to even start a relationship to break up with anyone...
I broke up with my WRX a few months ago, that was a violatile relationship. She kept spinning bearings and popping codes. I dropped some heavy cash on her to keep her happy and in the end I wound up with a Taco.

I wouldn't argue that at all. But... they can still be bought. Everyone has their price, not just directed at women. The people who say they can't be bought just haven't run up against someone with deep enough pockets and the motivation to get it done.
