Permanent Rausch Creek thread

So is 5/15 official? Another would be potential first timer here as well.....

 

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, I will be there. I've led my fair share of groups, and will do my best to get us through in one piece.

 

I've got a BBQ to go to on the 14th but would like to make the 15th if this is something I can drive up to on the morning of. I'd be a first timer too if that's okay. What time would we be meeting? Can I show up and pay there or have to register first..? Sorry for all the noob questions.

 

Pending truck repairs 9am is my start time.
Get there & register with a group and your good.
I'll know for sure by the end of this weekend if I can make it

 

And I'll be laying tile and fixing HVAC duct work. Someone go have fun for me

Dennis - Yup! Just moved to Hatboro right before the winter from Jenkintown... also down the street. I don't make big moves lol. If you guys are planning on going, would you want to meet up and drive there together? I'm sitting on a stock sport double cab with st maxx tires and sliders as about the biggest 'offroad mod' at the moment. BAMF skid plate sitting in my garage I probably won't have the time to get to throwing on until sometime after May.

Hey Chris, Do your self a favor and make! the time, find! the time to put your skid plates on before you go. My first time out was a couple months ago with the same set up you have and the first trail we hit was an absolute white nuckle ride for me. If I had skid plates on it would have made a world of difference in my fear factor. when I got back to work I checked out the under damage and my front diff took a hard hit and stock skid got mangled and had to sledge hammer a part of my cross member frame back into place. the sliders I have saved my rocker panel on the left side from a huge rock. So i won't be going back out there till I at least get a full set of tank armor under my truck. I will how ever be at the Cheeezzzz steak meet and greet tomorrow for dinner.

 

^ this. If you have skid plates sitting in your garage, put them on if you are coming on this trip.

 

I'll get it on. Forgot about Monday-Friday next week. For some reason I got late-night amnesia and thought it was happening this Sunday.
