Solid, NP. Mind hitting the poll as well.

BTW fellas, I just got word : the factory is running behind and production on our 200 units will be done and ready to ship to the usa here at end of the month. Im sorry if that is to long to wait for some but when it comes to production times and freight times there really isn't much I can do.

Our warehouse here in Cali is ready to go, we won't have any more issues there so it will be smooth sailing

No that is when our production run is complete but pushing it as hard as i can to get it out. WE fully underestimated the volume of sales on the last run so we have to stock up big time this run

At least you're up front about everything. Besides that wait just gives people more time to save up!

Thank you sir, glad there is some one who appreciate up front honesty. Its the same with all of the other future products. WE want to make sure we have 100% exactly the right product and exactly what we think will be best. WE are not here to make a quick buck.

Question about the durability of this stuff ......

My truck is constantly in mud holes and ends up stuck in lakes occasionally where I tend to flood the cab some. I got tired of smelling the wet carpet so it's all gone now, just bare floor. I don't mind the road noise as my truck has never been quiet but I do notice specifically the heat from the firewall and I can clearly hear the gas in the gas tank slosh around. Haha so my thought was to use some kind of sound deadening material to combat that and then just coat it with bed liner or rhino liner for a black look, durability and ease of mud cleanup. I'm also gonna keep my weather tech floor mats in on top of that.

This may be an odd question but would this stuff hold up to basically just being painted and potentially stepped on?

Good question. Generally no. Shouldn't be any issue at all. I have run my truck for 5 years now wit no carpet just deadener floor with snow, mud rain dirt, rocks etc. The hard stuff will indent the deadener a little but nothing to concern with at all.

Should look fantastic when done and be durable and pleasant to deal with.
The biggest + about the shok deadener is the ridiculously sticky adhesive and the easy of application. As a previous installer, Other products made life so hard but the shok deadener really is a true dream to work with.

For your, and your purposes id only recommend you do a super good job of cleaning and prepping before applying and have a heat gun handy to get that perfect adhesion.

Thanks for the response. Sounds good then. I'll keep my eye on this. I'm really only interested in doing the floor because as I mentioned before, overall cab noise has never bothered me. Would a pack (40sq. ft) cover an access cab floor no problem? I'd imagine so
