Well that sucks.. Wheelers just told me they got 3 pairs in but they had 3 customers in front of me so I have at least another 2 weeks... Might look at other suppliers. Pretty annoyed that they don't do live inventory on their web site.

I think perfect set up would be 887 set at 0" on 5100 all around, rear progressive AAL from Headstong, wheelers, icon? maybe others have them? With factory overload removed to give you 1.5" lift. 887 will give you 2"-2.25" lift when settled, stock ucas should be fine, do alighment after 2-3 days after lift then do another alignment in 3 months. They will settle about 1" from initial install in 3 month, so don't be surprised when you get 3" lift at first.

I really was all in for the BP51s. However after some review I am hearing that these need to be adjusted off the truck. So what's the point of having a coilover if I have to remove it to dial in the height. I can buy lots of ome coils and play around with the height before I equal the cost of the BPs. I may still end up with the Kings. Hard to say but if I move forward soon the price may be too much (remodeling our home). I had OME coils and shocks on my 2007 and loved the ride so I may cheap out and go that route. It just so early that no one knows if the 884s will level like I want them to.

Got my 5100s installed at 1.75 in the front. That's a 2" AAL in the back. The rake was more than I'd anticipated, hopefully it settles a bit.
They accidentally snapped a wheel speed sensor, so I'll have to go back in next week so they can fix that.
Anybody else have a problem with the Blind Spot Monitoring saying it needs checked after a lift?

No issues with the sensors here. My truck has right about 1 3/4 lift front and 1 rear. I think 1 inch in the rear is perfect.
Check out Walker Evans Racing if you want something unique and at the top of the game. Great company to work with. Can play with springs and internal shock setup all you want they are completely willing to help with anything you want and are looking for out of your rig. They are in Riverside CA.

See this is where it's confusing to me with the 885 vs 887 because I get different answers on amount of lift

Honestly, 885's or 887's, they are both pretty cheap if you make the wrong choice. I went with the 885"s and figured if I wanted a little more lift I could up the 5100's to .85, or install a top plate spacer. If the 887's are too high, you can't go back.

About 200 miles on my 885's, and I'm still at 2" lift.

    AC 2.7L 4x4, 5100's, 0, 885's, rear 1" Block. Dual Cab V-6 4x4 is about 250lbs heavier overall.

You make a good point I'm a double cab long bed 4x4 just wanted to avoid preloading the coil as the ride quality would then suffer. I have a 3" spacer right now but feel with the 16's being higher than the last gen I'm level with my 1.5 block in the rear but doesn't look quite right with wheel gap so I wanted to drop down to about 2.5" in the front better alignment spec added benefit as well as my 32's will look visual better with less gap and I'm sure anything will ride better than the spacer up front off road is rough as shit

^I can't speak for the preload ride quality, but the springs are already pre-loaded a little anyways, and one notch up on the 5100's (.85") is only a 1/4" difference. Just another thing to take into consideration.

For what its worth I'm running 3" of pre-load on this:

A small handful of select mods.
And the 2017 model will ALL have Hitachi shocks. Bilstein lost the entire contact. Pro's will run FOX.

I read a load of posts here and seems like a lot of different ideas on 5100's and ome. Has any one installed the toytec boss 2.5 performance coilovers full suspension? I was thinking about with this one but have not found any reviews on this setup. Anyone have comment on the Boss suspension

Well the difference between them is 5mm of coil leght, which translates in 10mm lift, but then you subtract about 10% coil preload that will give you 9mm of true lift. 12mm= 1/2" so 9mm is 3/8" ? All the different number people give is because variation in trims and time they take measurements, some measure same day and asume it will stay that way, some measure in 3 months and get their numbers, some have 2wd 4cyl acces cab and some have 4x4 v6 DCLB

Toytec 2.0 Boss 2" lift; Fuel Boost 18"; Nitto G2 275/65/18; BAMF Grille

I just got mine back after getting the Toytec 2.0 Boss kit. Love the way it turned out. Just the right amount of lift in my opinion. I upgraded the back with the reservoir shocks. I have not had a chance to really test it out yet. Ride a tad firmer than before but I expected that. I opted for 275/65/18 Nitto G2 tires. Was tempted to get 285s but I figure with the larger wheels and going up 1 size on the tires it gave it a nice look with the lift. I did not want to do any cutting or remove my mud flaps.

My TRD OR 4x2 has about a 1" rake from back to front. I'd like to lift the front about 1.5" up to 2" at most, and the rear about 1/2" to 1" to keep a 1/2" rake without needing UCA's but easily clear 265/75/16s with some aggressive offset SR8 rims. Trying to do it right, but not spend $2k on a lift. Was looking at the Toytec adjustable coilovers with Bilsteins for the front so I can adjust the front up or down a little if needed to avoid rubbing, account for driver side lean, etc. The other option is the Bilstein / OME or Bilstein / Eibach setups with top plate spacer, which would be cheaper, but limited in adjustment of course. I had the Bilstein / Eibach 112-620 kit on my 4runner and it rode well. Anyone put the Toytec adjustables on a 2016 yet? How do they ride?

For the rear AAL's are better than blocks for sure, but are there any that only lift 1"? Or should I just do 1" blocks in back?
