There's a local place that does a chocolate coffee marinade/rub on steaks. Awesome. No idea what else is in there though....wish I did.

Big issue that I constantly have is that a LOT of commercial kitchens either don't understand the difference between spicy heat and spicy flavor, or they go 'mass market' and make everything 'white guy spicy'

If I order something indicated on your menu as spicy, I expect to have at LEAST upper lip sweat, double blinking, nostrils flaring, and some eye socket beading going on. If I don't, you have FAILED. I'm a basically a spice wussy, and yet I like spicy FLAVOR. Heat I don't yet have much tolerance for.

But if you're going to but a little red chile next to the listing on the menu, I expect some sweating at minimum.

Egg wash for the avocado then into some breadcrumbs and cheese to coat. Put them on a greased cooking sheet and bake them on 400-425 for 10-12 minutes.

I agree, Ive gone to this Thai place and asked for "Thai spicy" and it still comes out "white guy spicy", I also tried the Wendy's Ghost pepper chicken and ghost pepper fries...the sammich was good but not spicy or much heat. the fries werent the best. The only thing that was decent was the fresh jalapenos they put on top.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
I normally don't use a sauce on my steaks, but did have a reduced blueberry sauce on a filet recently. Was soooo good.

I've never tried it. I don't think we have a Philippino population to speak of in SW Fl. I have no clue where to get one or even how to eat it correctly lol.
