Take a dremel to it, be careful not to take away too much of the threaded portion. I believe a few have had this issue.

This might sound absolutely NUTZ but when I can't get things out...my go to is the Mr. Clean sponges...a bit of water on the sponge and try it. I has never left residue and has thus far removed everything I throw at it. Otherwise, maybe a chemical solvent?

Anyone tried the accessrac on a 2016 access cab? Or know if the access cab dimensions are the same as the 2015?

So I got stalked today by a guy in a tundra. He rolled up beside me: "Hey, what brand rack is that!?"

Would've shot the shit more, but the light turned green.

Got mine installed this afternoon, cut the hell out of my hands doing it too since I used a knife to cut the weather stripping. I probably should have not been a cheap ass and just bought the leather punch. I still need to get my light bar on but I'll probably do that tomorrow since it's beer thirty and I'm losing day light.

What mounting brackets have worked well for 30" light bars? I have a blackoak LED 30" and i don't think the bracket that came with the bar is going to work with the prinsu rack.

The brackets that come with the bar will work. Drill a hole through the crossbar and bolts it up. Worked fine for my 40

I've had my cabrac for a long time. I was maybe one out of the couple hundred of us that had the first massed produced racks before there were a lot accessories that Zach offered. When I was looking to mount an LED bar, one of the things I actually purchased from Zach was the new fairing style with cutout because I wanted it to look clean still (had plans to use an angle grinder and make the cutout myself). Then I purchased an extra bar or two so that I could mount the bar in the same way I mentioned above without losing crossbars to mount things.

Can snap a couple pics later on if you would like. Let me know.

Did some adjusting today to make the wind roar a little less irritating while driving down the road. I also gave all the mounting points another healthy dose of RTV to prevent any water from seeping through. I'm going to hold off on the light bar for a bit until I figure out my wiring with my aux fuse panel. I also need to figure what the best way to run the wires down to the engine bay is....any thoughts on that?
