A little late in coming but here's a short highlight reel from TPF Racing #7196 and the 2016 Mint 400. Pretty proud of all the team has accomplished, back to back class wins at the Mint is a big deal to us, especially with a larger field of competitive trucks this time around. The MCM Fab race kit Matt built for us a few years back has proven itself time and time again. We're proud to be able to use great products and represent awesome companies like SDHQ, Camburg, General Tire, Deaver Suspension, Fiberwerx, Warrior Wraps, and Twisted Stitch/Simpson Seats. Will have some longer stuff you can find on our Facebook page to include lots more in car and ground stuff plus some raw helo stuff thanks to the great team at Turn 2 Productions. Anyway, enjoy!

You mean chevryota? Honestly, when it comes to these types vehicles, there is no Ford Chevy Dodge Toyota Etc. It's what sort of stickers you want to put on your fiberglass. There's no difference between running Toyota glass or Fiat glass.

Some guys do run their body's engine. SOME. Not all. IIRC short course racers are required to run what their body makes, most of them are running the NASCAR engines. I may be wrong though, but I remember there was a big ordeal over that a while back.

^So they could be running the pushrod V8 engine Toyota built for Nascar?

In the short course trucks, yes. Not the TT. Aside from some Aesthetics, I doubt anything serious at all was changed on blowjob Baldwin's truck.

Score mandates that the body must match the motor. Or at least they used to. That's why there were BMW covers and assorted parts on the AGM X6, that was truck was kind of odd, lots of weird shit going on there. BJ will run a Toyota motor, most likely something similar to the Greaves SC trucks. It's just cool to see Toyota legitimately back in the big trucks again

This is an interesting subject. AGM X6 started life with a BMW motor and was promptly converted to an LS based motor. Considering the fact that the biggest TRD motor available is a 410ci, I highly doubt BJ will be using it when his Kroyers were somewhere around 468ci. But then again, what do I know...
