I would say off Bunce School Road. There a few wheeling trails off of it, so a little bit of an option. Not sure if there will be a ton of snow left or if it'll be mud

    http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=123

Another option is Switzerland Trail, there are trails in the area, but Bunce has more options as far as different spurs and difficulty.

Or Yankee Hill, but thats where I've been the last two times so....

Trying to figure out a location... not much for good meeting locations to coincide with a gas station.

edit: that location isn't the best... hold please

Oh you supafast ninja! haha yeah for some reason I was thinking it was farther south.

Switzerland is on the way there... could check that out first and go from there depending on what its conditions are like.

Just not sure if we should plan for nasty sloppy trails or if they still have snow.

Has anyone done the pickle gulch/gamble gulch/moon gulch that are a bit north of rollinsville? Looks like theres tons of trails back there, but have not tried any out.

Switzerland will have snow on the south side. I have done it twice last month.

From the looks of webcams that I could find, it looks like the lower elevations of any trails will be wet from rain, some snow at higher elevations. Allenspark, Estes, Nederland look to be just wet, maybe a little snow in the shade.

Sorry to those actually planning a trip tomorrow...consider this:threadjacked:

Appreciate the suggestion as I kinda feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to get this done before Moab. I left him a message and mentioned you sent me...hopefully he thinks you're a nice guy too!

Do you feel that strongly about High Country? They have me on the schedule and I would feel a little bad cancelling last minute, but hearing a statement like that doesn't make me want to give them my truck.

Better to ask what I have not done.
The only reason, and i repeat the only reason why i go to high country is if there is something offroad related that i need last minute. And even then its only because i have a whole sale account with them. They are way over priced and kinda jerks when you ask them something. But that is my own opinion. :D

I have heard nothing but the same from MANY different people in different groups/forums about the place, and I dont even know where it is, just that I've heard nothing but negative about it.

Any input on trails for tomorrow? I went out to track down some seam grip for my awning project I wanted to get a little work done on tonight.

I wouldnt mind checking out the stuff near Rollinsville and Nederland. Lots of stuff thats close and that I haven't been on before instead of hitting up trails that are regularly traveled.

How about the Shell towards Blackhawk at 8:45 (time doesn't matter to me if that doesn't work)

    https://goo.gl/maps/ka6gdp3VW7G2

    39.759031, -105.413639

We can start with Pickle Gulch to Moon Gulch which will take us up to Rollinsville and then can check out stuff up that way while heading north. Theres a bunch of stuff up there and we can see whats open and whats not.
