was looking at the map and i marked a trail by centennial cone park (just east of it), while flying over in a cessna. no idea how to get to it or if its even legal to drive it but it looked cool from the air.

We all offroad for the same reason and it shouldn't matter what you drive but those dudes think they shit gold. They are literally 3 minutes from my office and I always try to support the local guy. I called them to get a synthetic rope for my winch and they wanted to charge me $430!!!! So I can only imagine they would want to quote you something crazy for installing anything. I would give a follow up call to Chris on Monday and just see what he will quote you and if he can get you in there. Def tell him I sent you, Todd Henderson (silver tacoma) and he will do anything he can to hook you up. Worst comes to worst go with them but fuck those guys haha. So is $2200 their cost for front and rear locker purchase and install or what?

yeah theres a few dirt roads up there, not sure if they are all through individual private property or one large chunk. I think one connects back to golden gate canyon road from a few ways. Im guessing the loop is just a regular dirt road and the spurs all go to private property, but not sure.

just the hours quoted seem odd. it takes about a 1/3 of the time for the rear as the front. (just for the front diff R&I)

So yes...you do feel strongly. All if you. Lol.

I have heard all I need to in order to make a decision. That was just to install lockers, re-gear, and run airlines. I'm dropping lockers, gears, diff re-build kits, and airlines. Compressor and switches are already wired to the solenoids on the manifold. I don't think there's much else I need in terms of parts.

    Basically 9-10 hours per diff?

Thank you @aero3685 and @3378jakesr5 for your input as well!

Yeah that seems super steep and if it takes them 9-10 hours per diff then they clearly don't know what they are doing or they are just jerking your chain. I know its a lot of work but not that much man.

I doubt my new shocks would be thrilled. Since apparently I need limiting straps on the fokers.

My TRD Offroad has soooo much power it can't help but pulling the front tires off the ground! Unfortunate problem I tell ya.
