A buddy of mine had the Raceface tailgate pad for his '15 Taco - which fit perfectly but when he traded his 15' Taco for the '16 Taco the tailgate got thicker. Has Raceface made the middle a little wider to accommodate the new '16 Taco?

No way. The white with dark tinted windows makes it look sweet. Like one continuous window. IMO.

 

Got my truck yesterday after the month plus wait! Took it right down to the tire shop to get my TRD Pro wheels thrown on my KO2's! Installed black vinyl inserts in the tailgate letters this morning. Plasti-dipping the grille and emblems later on. Love it so far! Had to take a picture of it next to my '72 Hilux of course, 45 year age gap!

My Friday wasnt too shabby either Started in the morning fishing the off the bank of the creek with worms for a couple hours. Caught several i kept, even caught a gar on a worm with a #4 hook.... Not a common thing!!





Left before 11am and went and had lunch with the wife who had the day off.


Then in the evening me and my brother in law headed back with the boat for some bow fishing! My fist time bowfishing. Took some getting used to but was tons of fun! Stayed out till 11pm and had to use a spot light to guide our way back in!




After what felt like 100 attempts.... Shot straight through!



As we were leaving i decided to cast out a couple times and landed this bass. 18" and 3.5lb. My biggest bass from this little creek. Caught with a live night crawler. I was actually going for catfish, we seen some monster cats and i wanted one.. Id rather eat catfish... But this will do

Bought the same one! Flip up the handle cover underneath and you can still use the backup cam. Material should be soft enough not to scratch the shy out off the paint. That is if you have the pad tightened down.

 

I think they did, it pretty much lines up perfectly with the tailgate handle/rail thickness/etc. Well not perfectly it's about 90% of the way there but there manufactured to fit a variety of trucks with varying degrees of sizing/etc.

 

I struggled with this color vs MGM and went 'conservative'. On some days I still think that this might have been a better choice.

What steps/sliders are those. Have the Predators, but they reduce ground clearance more than I would like and due to design just catch too much.

Damn those look awesome!!!! Ordered the matte gunmetal 17's. Now I have to decide on 285/70's or 275/70's. Really want to keep my rokblokz flaps with a 3" lift

 

Ok so those of you that installed switches in your dash, where did you tap into for the switch to light up when your dash lights turn on? Thanks

 

What rims are those? Where did you get them from? I want all black rims for my taco but I want to be able to have the Toyota logo/ caps on them. Yours are perfect! Nice looking truck too

 

If youre a double cab and have the bed light I believe its the green wire coming off that switch. There is a good writeup in the 30" light bar install thread
