I win mothers day. I got cards for kari from me, emalyn, and our dogs. Now..... the last owner of our house loved to garden, so there's all kinds of flower bushes all over the front and back yard. I decided it would mean more if i had pick kari flowers (plus it doesn't cost me shit :D). So i made this arrangement. I suck at flower arranging. But she loved it.

I called my mom and told her I loved her. I also said that if I wasn't a broke ass college kid I would buy her awesome shit, it's the thought that counts right?

I am trying to decide on which 3in lift kit to get, maybe considering new UCA's. Do you know how easy it is to assemble the coilover? Is that what you need the spring compressor for? I'm pretty confident I can install them without the spring compressor (thanks to youtube)

Good luck to both you guys. Hope it all works out.

Yeah you should be able to do it without spring compressors. Just use a jack and the lower control arm. Plenty of write-ups and videos around on how to do it.

Finally got the driver's side AAL installed last night. Went way faster than the Passenger side. Only took about an hour. Got right at 2" from it. Truck is getting aligned now. Then I need an oil change and then it's ready for Colorado.

What he said. I've done it both ways. The spring compressor method was sketchy AF. Floor Jack from now on.

Thanks for the good wishes everyone. I'm semi confident I guess. I'm pretty heavily underqualified on paper but my best friend currently holds the spot and he is moving up, so boss man asked him if he personally knew a good person to take his spot and he mentioned me so the boss wants me to come meet him. I've done some work in the field with that same friend but don't have anything on paper like he does. Owner of the company seems super down to earth so hopefully I'll get lucky

A lot of the times it is who you know for jobs than what you are qualified for. Being qualified helps but if you know people at the current job you have a better chance of getting the job.
(Hope this makes since been drinking a few beers lol)

We'll figure something out one day this week. You still down to cut fenders Monday?

What time works for you? I know you said something about going to Rivergate at some point. I have to take my dog to the vet that afternoon around 130 to get some bloodwork done. I need to put in my Toytec top plates, UCAs, and AALs too.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Clementis and roses. Nice low maintenance plants. Those look like the kind of roses that'll bloom all summer if you treat them right.

We can do it early. Maybe get your shit done first and if we have time, cut my fenders. I really just need to do my back ones and will do my fronts eventually. Maybe later that day after we do our respective errands.

Sounds good to me. I'm good for all day aside from taking the dog to the vet.
