Ok, per the paper work the RF knuckle was bent and it couldn't be aligned to spec (4.25 camber)

It was replaced and realigned to spec. But they must have missed the 5100s on there and maybe it's "close enough" because we all know how stealerships operate.

I'm going to a shop I use today to see what happens why they try to align with the specs listed above and will see what happens from there. I'm guessing UCA's

Go to a place, such as firestone, and buy the alignment for life option.

I ran without aftermarket UCAS for a while. When I finally got them the truck was amazingly better.

To be a bad influence (someone has to be that guy) I later bought aftermarket LCAS when my factory ball joints went south and the trucks road manners improved even more.

Do you guys trust the big box type of places like Firestone?

I've no complaints with Firestone. Used them 3 times in the past year for alignments.

    1st time: After lift install.
    2nd time: After UCA install.
    3rd time: After LCA install.

I told them the numbers I want and they do it.

Got a 6inch lift on mine. Running fabtech UCAs. Bought 3 year alignment package from Seqrs for $300 a year ago. Been a dream. Get it aligned after every hard offroad trip and about once a month. The guys are great and set alignment to what I request.

They use a Hunter Hawkeye alignment machine and get everything pretty darn close.

Today, I had them adjust caster and max it out. Going to try it out and see what happens. :)

Why no before readings? Nice to see what has changed since last alignment. Usually just toe in my case but still like to see before and after. Tells you what they had to mess with to get back right.

I was with him during alignment so my camber was moved from .2 to 0 and caster and toe were adjusted.. So no real need for before. I was lookin at the screen with the tech.

I hold on to mine to kinda keep track of what is adjusted after whatever driving stuff went on in between alignments. I tend to hang out and watch too when they don't hassle you about it so I go to a place that doesn't care. I just thought the printouts always did before and after on them.

Got the Sears lifetime align for $190 last fall. Told the tech what numbers I wanted and that's what I got.

Okay. So finally got everything "straightened out" with uppers and an alignment. Toe and camber are 0 and caster is maxed at 2.7 both sides. Just buttoning up the alignment. Hopefully it stops the wandering I had issues with this whole time. I'll update in about 30 minutes.

Drove it home. Drives pretty darn good.
Next upgrade is rubber. The UCAs obviously helped and were needed without question.
